LLC “Dreamteam Apps”
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs the collection, processing, storage, use, and protection of personal data of users of the mobile application and website operated by LLC “Dreamteam Apps” (the “Company”, the “Service”).
The Company is registered in the Republic of Belarus and processes personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, including the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Personal Data Protection”
dated 07 May 2021 No. 99-3.
For users located in the European Union, the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) additionally apply.
The Company acts as the data controller.
Personal data is processed on the basis of:

performance of a contract to which the user is party;
the Company’s legitimate interests;
compliance with legal obligations.
Consent is provided by the user through an affirmative action (such as checking a box, clicking a confirmation button, or selecting cookie preferences).
The Company may process the following categories of data:

device identifiers;
Service usage data;
cookies;
data voluntarily provided by the user (including support requests).
The Company does not process special categories of personal data or biometric data.

Upon expiration of retention periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

Consent for analytics and marketing cookies is obtained via a banner upon first access to the Service.

To operate the Service, the Company may engage third parties acting as data processors (such as hosting, analytics, and technical support providers). Such processors process personal data solely on the Company’s
instructions and are contractually required to ensure confidentiality and security.
Disclosure to public authorities occurs only where legally required.
Where personal data is transferred across borders, appropriate safeguards are applied, including Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or other recognized legal mechanisms.
Users have the right to:
obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
request correction or deletion of data;
restrict processing;
withdraw consent;
receive a copy of their data and transfer it to another controller (data portability);
lodge complaints with competent supervisory authorities, including the National Personal Data Protection Authority of the Republic of Belarus.

The Company responds:
within 15 business days under Belarusian law;
within one month for users covered by GDPR.
The Company implements organizational and technical measures to protect personal data. However, absolute security of Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed.
The Service is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.
The Company may amend this Policy at any time.
Updated versions are published within the Service.
Where changes materially affect personal data processing or user rights, the Company additionally notifies users via email or push notification (where technically feasible and where user contact details are available).
